HMB is backed by The Islamic Sharia Council UK and established Muslim Scholars (Ulamah). They provide certainty that the meat you purchase is abiding to the highest standard of Sharia Law.
The seal of approval from the Halal Monitoring Board is a lot more stringent than that of a supermarket. All meat must undergo rigorous testing and procedures to meat the requirements.
Their staff carry out research and inspections to ensure the meat is 100% Halal from field to plate. The license is reviewed monthly to ensure the supply chain remains totally Halal, like it should.
